Kiwi Tax Refund is starting to pay out 2016 Refunds Our first batch went out on Saturday and the rest of our clients should be paid out in batches over this week as IRD releases them. There's been a delay in paying 2016 tax refunds, caused by IRD, which is affecting all tax agencies. We're sorry for any inconvenience that this may cause. The issue has now been fixed, 2016 tax refunds should be paid out within the next 2 to 5 working days, provided there are no more delays.
